Customer's financial information will be protected throughout the transaction process using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

One-time password (OTP) is sent via SMS to ensure authenticated account access.

MD5 256 bit encryption standard.

Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam.

For international cards: Customer's payment card information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored on the www.tholux.vn system. Payment Gateway Partners will store and secure it.

For domestic cards (internet banking): THOLUX only stores order codes, transaction codes and bank names.
